Digital access
Sepang Seat Guide sells planned digital access to independent 3D grandstand/seat-view tools. Because access is digital, refunds are reviewed based on access usage and product availability.
Refund window
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if access has not been used, or if the product is unavailable due to a technical issue we cannot resolve.
Non-refundable cases
Payments may not be refundable after access has been used, after digital content has been delivered, or where the request is based on official ticketing changes outside our control.
